Lucia Delgado has been a massage therapist and Yoga practioner for 17 years. She currently owns her own massage practice, Livingbody Therapeutic Massage Services, and has expanded her practice by bringing affordable on-site chair massage and conditioning movement/yoga classes to the corporate field.
Her holistic journey began with Healing Hands Massage School in 1994, in Escondido, California. In 2001 she trained at the renowned Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, enriching her life and her life’s work of massage therapy.
Lucia is a gifted massage therapist. She uses an eclectic blend of modalities such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu and Craniosacral. Her interest in holistic medicine has led her to incorporate Young Living Essential Oils and Nikken Magnetic Technology into all her sessions, further allowing the body to relax and rejuvenate at the cellular level.

I enjoy talking with my clients before a session starts because I want to know what they are experiencing in their body as far as any concerns they might have.
